Know-how that pays for itself.

No matter whether you want to strengthen your team on site with our design-to-print managers or want to train your own staff to specialists in new areas with our prepress seminars: We create the best conditions for your team to always get the best possible qualifications for its area of responsibilities.

On Site Mangement

Design-to-Print Managers from Flexicon are specialists as are only found rarely on the market. Their work is absolutely valuable: Because we can rely on the fact that they contribute their expertise for a optimum prepress workflow, any time, anywhere. Thus, they can compensate for acute staff shortages on site, ensure that processes are optimised or constantly provide for the quality of the output as an integral part of the team. This applies both to individual processes as well as for the entire prepress workflow.

Artwork Management:
If our Design-to-Print Manager is in charge of the artwork management, he fulfils the function of brand protector and craftsman in one person. This makes him a perfect coordinator between the design agency, marketing and prepress. In addition to reviewing design drafts for technical feasibility and giving early optimising advice, he shows new and viable ways for prepress. To this end, he assumes responsibility for the proper timing of each step and provides the required information and data flow between all stakeholders. The central management and coordination of all data pack variants helps to avoid errors.

Print Production Management:
Our D2PM is a perfect team member, both strategically and operationally. He is familiar with all details of the design of a packaging to printing. He knows exactly what requirements those involved must comply with – from the design agency to the prepress to the print shop – so that the result is correct. As an expert, he bears the main responsibility for quality, cost and speed. He controls all workflow processes on behalf of clients. He also sees his job as always highlighting and documenting optimisation potential.

Prepress seminars

On the one hand, new technologies help obtain high-quality results on the way from design to packaging printing faster and more economically. On the other hand, the requirements for those involved in the process are ever greater. It is therefore only logical that Flexicon gladly further conveys the existing expert knowledge. Buyers, sales representatives, business planners and marketing experts find the right seminars as well as experts from agencies and print shops in this way.
