Which training is right for me?

We will find out together which training meets your requirements. We would be happy to advise you by phone on +49 5201 8719 0, or send us a message to training(at)flexicon.de.

I do not belong to the target group listed – may I take part in a training course nonetheless?

The defined target group serves as an orientation. Of course, interested parties can also take part in our training courses that deviate from this.

Is there a minimum number of participants for a training course?

The minimum number of participants is 5 persons. If a training does not take place due to a lack of registrations, all participants who have already registered will be informed in time and an alternative date will be offered.

How can I register for a training course?

Select a training and click on the detailed information. There you can access the registration form using the “Dates / Booking” button.

 

When and how do I receive my booking confirmation?

After we have received your booking request, you will usually receive a confirmation by email on the same day.

When and how do I receive the access link for an online training?

If you have booked an online training, we will send you the access link to your stated email address 1-2 days before the training.

I have not received a link to access the booked online training, what can I do?

All registered participants will receive a valid access link. If there are technical problems that you cannot solve with your helpdesk, please contact +49 5201 8719 0 and we will check how we can help you.

What are the technical requirements for participating in an online training course?

You need at least a computer with a speaker. We recommend a headset for an optimal audio quality and a microphone for verbal exchange with the speaker (trainer) during or after the training. But you can also ask questions via Teams chat.

When and how do I get my participant package?

For a booked online training that contains a participant package, a package will be sent to you by post approx. 1 week before the training date. You can find out whether a participant package is provided for the booked training in the respective training details on the website . Note: If the delivery address for the package differs from your business address in the registration (e.g. private address due to home office), please inform us immediately: directly in the online booking form, or afterwards by email to training(at)flexicon.de.

May I have the participant package sent to me anywhere?

Currently participant packages can only be sent within Germany and to countries of the EU.

Do I receive the presentation that was shown during a training?

All registered participants will receive documents as PDFs to their email address after a  training session.

Do I receive a certificate of attendance?

All participants will receive a FLEXICON certificate by email after completing the training. By request, we can also send you the certificate by post.

May I postpone my registration to another available date?

It is possible to postpone a booked registration to another offered free date, provided that further dates are available for the booked training. Please inform us in writing of your chosen alternative date at least 3 weeks before the date you have already booked to training(at)flexicon.de.

May I transfer my registration to someone else?

For organizational reasons, the transfer of a registration to another person is possible up to 10 days before the training. Please inform us in writing to training(at)flexicon.de of the desired transfer as early as possible, stating the required data (see booking form).

May I reverse my registration?

A registration can be reversed free of charge up to 4 weeks before the training. For less than 4 weeks, the full price for the booked training has to be paid. If you need to reverse a training, please apply in writing to training(at)flexicon.de, stating your name, the relevant training course and date.

How and when do I get the invoice?

The invoices for a booked training will be sent to the business address given when registering within one week after the event. If you prefer a digital invoice delivery, please submit the email address.

 

The desired training course is fully booked - when will new dates be offered?

We would be happy to put you on the waiting list: We will contact you if there are places available or as soon as new training events are available! Please send us an inquiry using the website form or by email to training(at)flexicon.de.

How can I, respectively my company, book an individual training or workshop?

Contact us, so that we can coordinate your requirements and our options together. Please send us an inquiry using the website form, by email to training(at)flexicon.de, or by phone at +49 5201 8719 0.

Why are there currently no more on site seminars being offered?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the accompanying contact and travel restrictions, the seminars on site at the FLEXICON HQ will initially be suspended. Alternatively, we offer new online training modules.
