  • 1986: Flexicon was founded as a flexo plate producer for Flexo Printers mainly
  • 1993: Flexicon Druckservice GmbH turned into FLEXICON AG
  • 1994: First digital imager CDI & High End Colour Separation for all printing processes
  • 1996: Starting with prepress services for rapidly developing consumer goods companies
  • 1998: First onsite consulting services „Print Production Management“
  • 2003/2004: Opening Artwork & Design Studio / Diversification of service product & service portfolio
  • 2005: Introducing Print Quality Program and Flexicons Service & Innovation Department
  • 2005/2006: Global set up and foundation of Flexicon locations in North & Latin America, Asia and Russia
  • 2007/2008: Diversification into new markets (e.g. Beauty Care, Food & Beverages, Snacks & Coffee)
  • 2009/2010: First software tools from Flexicon and development of the global measurement tool INKPILOT ®
  • 2011/2012: Focus on digitalisation (Database, automation in Artwork and Colour Separation)
  • 2012/2013: Offering new CGIs (Computer Generated Images) for E-Commerce services
  • 2015/2016: Expansion of flexo bags plate unit and corrugated plate production into new Printer Business Unit
